The Interview Protocol

• Is designed to take 15 minutes,

• Includes six questions related to the qualities of effective teachers and one broad item,

• Assesses responses with a general understanding of pedagogy, subject area, and student development, and
• Indicates if the interviewee should be invited for a building level interview.
